What you will do
- Manage the enterprise roadmap for Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) including differential privacy and federated learning.
- Define and enforce data governance guardrails for first-party data collection, storage, and activation.
- Support governance of the advertising technology stack, ensuring compliance with standards like IAB TCF and Global Privacy Control.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed Privacy by Design into data product development.
- Establish data innovation frameworks for AI/ML model training and synthetic data generation.
- Represent the Privacy team in industry working groups and third-party evaluations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of in-house experience in privacy, regulatory, compliance, or risk management within a technology environment.
- Demonstrated success driving end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate legal and regulatory guidance into practical operational processes.
- Experience working with compliance tools, workflow systems, and audit readiness documentation.
- Technologically adept with a working knowledge of Generative AI capabilities.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of global privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, PIPEDA).
- Experience maturing adtech governance systems.
- Technical or systems-oriented background.
- IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT).
