Salary: $133,000–$186,000 USD (US) or $125,000–$162,500 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

  • Generate awareness for developer tools through technical conversations on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other channels.
  • Create and maintain welcoming spaces for the developer community on Slack, GitHub, and social media.
  • Synthesize community feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Develop training and guidelines to enable other employees to engage effectively with the community.
  • Build programs to celebrate and incentivize community members who contribute content or peer support.
  • Maximize the impact of high-investment activities by repurposing technical content and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as software engineering, community management, or solution engineering.
  • Proven experience engaging in sensitive and complex community situations with empathy and judgment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for social media, GitHub, and project trackers.
  • Experience organizing in-person and online events or long-running cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to advocate for user needs and translate technical insights into actionable feedback.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
