What you will do
- Identify technical needs and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Define and evolve content production pipelines to ensure performance and quality.
- Design and recommend internal tools to support content creation teams.
- Support optimization and debugging efforts across technical content.
- Mentor junior profiles and review technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with programming teams to guide feature development.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Montreal, Canada.
- Deep expertise with Unreal Engine.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in game development.
- Experience with 3D creation tools, scripting, and technical workflows.
- Knowledge of game data optimization practices.
