What you will do

• Develop campaign hooks, storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments based on platform behavior.
• Deliver high-quality art direction across layouts, motion assets, and digital advertising formats.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and motion designers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Analyze campaign performance to translate insights into new creative hypotheses and testing opportunities.

Requirements

• Native-level Portuguese proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in advertising with a portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns and performance marketing.
• Expertise in creating high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest.
• Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of motion design.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate ideation and concept generation.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil to support team collaboration.
