What you will do

• Provide asynchronous written feedback on student essay drafts.
• Focus on improving clarity, structure, coherence, grammar, and overall impact.
• Help students refine their storytelling and strengthen their unique voice.
• Ensure all feedback is provided manually without the use of AI tools.
• Maintain consistent availability during peak season from August through January.
• Deliver feedback to students within a 24-hour window.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Graduated from a top 50 university in the United States.
• Prior experience in editing, tutoring, or coaching writing, preferably with high school students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to provide constructive, empathetic, and non-judgmental criticism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
