What you will do
- Own strategic, executive-level client relationships for a defined set of accounts.
- Build integrated multi-channel plans tied to client objectives and business KPIs.
- Synthesize multi-source data into clear narratives and actionable investment cases.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
- Monitor campaign outcomes, lead after-action reviews, and update strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Client Partner or similar account leadership roles.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven track record of executive relationship leadership and complex alignment.
- Strong cross-channel literacy including Search, Social, Display, TV, and Retail Media.
- Expertise in measurement, forecasting, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Experience with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, or Commspoint.
- Background in marketing measurement frameworks like MMM or incrementality testing.
