What you will do

• Design and automate security controls, detection mechanisms, and tooling for infrastructure and products.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and remediation systems to protect customer and company data.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate security into new features and development pipelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat models for core systems and third-party vendors.
• Lead incident response activities and perform post-incident analysis.
• Manage and enhance public bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure programs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Information Security engineering or related technical domains.
• Must be based in the US (Eastern or Central timezones).
• Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern security systems (SIEM, EDR, SAST, SOAR).
• Experience with incident detection, response, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining security risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling security programs in high-growth SaaS organizations.
• Cloud-specific security certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty).
• Experience with secrets management systems like Hashicorp Vault.
• Background in privacy engineering or secure software design.
