HR Automation Specialist (Workday)

What you will do

• Formulate, build, test, and implement Workday Business Processes across HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compensation.
• Design and maintain automated workflows, custom validations, and notifications; support end-to-end integrations between Workday and internal tools/ATS.
• Create advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards for HR and Talent Acquisition metrics (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Turnover Rate).
• Manage and audit Workday security groups, permissions, and domain security policies to ensure GDPR and local regulatory compliance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for HR and Hiring Managers; diagnose and resolve bugs, configuration errors, and data mismatches.
• Review, test, and implement semi-annual Workday feature releases, identifying opportunities for further process automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, system analysis, or HR automation, including 2+ years specifically with Workday.
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and Workday security configuration.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail; ability to translate complex business needs into clean automated workflows.
• Advanced English for communication with international stakeholders and system documentation.
• Native Ukrainian/Russian.

Nice to have

• Official Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Reporting, or Business Processes).
• Basic knowledge of data manipulation or scripting (Excel formulas, XML, XSLT, JSON logic).
• Experience in fast-paced tech or iGaming companies.
