What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Metabase and Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows to streamline data integration and processing.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support senior analysts and data engineers on strategic initiatives and larger projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in iGaming, online products, or e-commerce.
• Upper-intermediate SQL skills and proficiency with Tableau or other BI instruments.
• Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of online business metrics (web, product, CRM, financial) and player retention.
• Ability to analyze large datasets using data discovery methodology.
