TL;DR
Travel Manager (Corporate Travel): Managing end-to-end travel logistics and B2B client journeys with an accent on international business trips, group travel, and supplier negotiations. Focus on optimizing travel processes, securing commercial conditions, and delivering a premium client experience.
Location: Poland or Ukraine. Flexibility to work remotely or on-site in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan.

What you will do
- Own the complete travel journey for assigned B2B travel clients.
- Organize international business trips, conferences, and group travel.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial conditions.
- Proactively solve operational issues to minimize client impact.
- Improve travel processes and overall service quality.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and suppliers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or B2B travel.
- Expertise in managing international business trips and group travel logistics.
- Proven experience negotiating with hotels and travel suppliers.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in concierge services or MICE projects.
- Existing network of travel suppliers.
- Knowledge of international visa processes.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
