What you will do

• Review and validate product data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems.
• Update and maintain product attributes according to internal quality guidelines.
• Perform large-scale product data clean-up and quality assurance checks across numerous SKUs.
• Investigate and correct data defects, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Support the team with routine product data maintenance and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• English proficiency level C1 or above.
• Must be based in Warsaw to support a hybrid work model.
• Previous experience in data management, content operations, or QA is an advantage.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently on repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to task ownership.
