What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Lighting and VFX artists working on marketing creatives.
• Establish and maintain the visual bar for CG trailers, UA video creatives, and promotional assets.
• Create benchmark-quality lighting setups, dynamic particle systems, and compositing for high-priority trailers.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Video Editors to enhance storytelling.
• Optimize lighting, VFX, and rendering pipelines in Unreal Engine and Octane Render.
• Conduct regular art reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Lighting and VFX for games, animation, or film, with 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Unreal Engine (Lumen/Path Tracer) is mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Maya, Cinema 4D, Octane Render, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, and color theory.
• Practical knowledge of and interest in leveraging Generative AI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience creating creatives specifically for Mobile User Acquisition (UA) campaigns.
• Passion for mobile games and understanding of player engagement drivers.
• Knowledge and experience in pipeline development.
