What you will do

• Design and automate security controls, detection mechanisms, and tooling for infrastructure and products.
• Implement and maintain security monitoring and remediation systems to protect customer and company data.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate security into new features and development pipelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat models for core systems, services, and third-party vendors.
• Lead incident response activities and perform post-incident analysis.
• Manage and enhance public bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure programs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Information Security engineering or infrastructure protection.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
• Strong understanding of security principles for cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and datacenters.
• 3+ years of experience managing SIEM, EDR, SAST, and SOAR systems (preference for Crowdstrike or Obsidian).
• Knowledge of common internet threats, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling security programs in high-growth SaaS organizations.
• Cloud-specific security certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, GCP Professional Security Engineer).
• Experience with Hashicorp Vault for secrets management.
• Contributions to security communities, bug bounty triage, or CTF events.
