What you will do

• Design credit origination policies, limit setting, pricing guardrails, and collections feedback loops from scratch.
• Manage risk appetite and maintain live dashboards to track and explain drivers of portfolio performance.
• Perform advanced portfolio analytics, including segmentation, stress-testing, cohort analysis, and vintage tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed risk controls into product specifications and customer journeys.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in credit risk or data-driven roles (finance, collections, or data science) within retail or consumer lending.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of scorecard design and the use of alternative data for credit decisioning.
• Solid foundation in financial mathematics, profitability components, and accounting principles.
• English: B1 or higher required for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• MBA or CFA certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
