TL;DR
ArgoCD Expert (Kubernetes): Training and mentoring engineering teams on the utilization of ArgoCD within a live production environment with an accent on best practices and standards. Focus on upskilling engineers, providing senior technical leadership, and executing hands-on platform engineering tasks.
Location: On-site 5 days per week in Central London, UK
Salary: up to £900 per day (Inside IR35)

What you will do
- Train and mentor engineering teams on the effective utilization of ArgoCD.
- Act as a senior technical voice within the Engineering team.
- Coach teams on tips, tricks, and standards within a live production environment.
- Perform various hands-on Platform Engineering responsibilities.
- Upskill a team of bright engineers to improve operational standards.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in ArgoCD (CAPA certification is highly preferred).
- High level of skill in Kubernetes, Helm, and Git.
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in London.
- Experience in financial services, regulated industries, or big tech is highly advantageous.
