What you will do

• Assist with specific study start-up tasks for clinical trials.
• Coordinate logistics, planning, and training for meetings and events.
• Lead the dissemination of training materials related to clinical system updates.
• Co-lead project team meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain action/decision logs.
• Create and maintain tracking tools and database repositories for KPIs and quality metrics.
• Perform Clinical Inspection Readiness and Quality Management System activities (deviations and CAPAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field.
• 0-2 years of practical experience in clinical trial administration (e.g., CTA, Inhouse CRA, site administration).
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with sponsors, study teams, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
