Advanced FP&A Analyst (Gaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate Group-level Budget and Forecast cycles and lead monthly closing coordination with Accounting and consolidation teams.
• Drive AI integration into FP&A workflows and own the Pigment platform roadmap, deployment, and adoption.
• Manage BI integration, data flows, and maintain master data governance (dept/CC/GCOA/mappings).
• Perform impairment testing and Activity-Based Costing, and support M&A integration projects.
• Act as a relay between Accounting, Business Units, and the FP&A Manager, providing reporting support for ExCom and CVC.
• Mentor analysts on group processes and drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance roles.
• Proven track record of owning Group or Consolidation perimeters.
• Experience in tool implementation (CPM/BI platforms) and AI literacy for workflow integration.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
• Expert level proficiency in Excel (complex models) and experience with ERPs like SAP or D365.
• Familiarity with BE GAAP and IFRS standards.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Exposure to M&A or integration projects.
• Knowledge of ISOC and VAT.
