What you will do

• Structure and facilitate AI experimentation workshops to identify critical assumptions for AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage the execution of pilot projects, including planning, staffing, and facilitating sprint ceremonies.
• Bridge the gap between strategy and execution using practical frameworks such as OKRs.
• Generate decision-ready learnings from experiment results and synthesize insights into recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams across business, tech, and data domains to ensure momentum and clarity.

Requirements

• Direct experience working with OKRs to set direction, prioritize, and evaluate outcomes.
• Solid experience applying Scrum and Agile practices to structure daily work and sprint execution.
• Understanding of AI-enabled solutions/frameworks, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Practical work experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or sourcing.
• Previous experience within project and change management.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to connect use cases to measurable value.
