What you will do

• Own Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from first signal through to complete resolution.
• Develop deep expertise in the Legora platform, including Assistant, Tabular Review, Workflows, Editor, and Word Add-in.
• Translate complex technical details into concise, confident guidance for professional legal users.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to resolve issues independently before escalating to technical experts.
• Identify recurring user pain points and collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement source fixes.
• Manage global handoffs to ensure seamless service continuity across different time zones and regions.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex, high-stakes B2B relationships for demanding professional clients.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to remain crisp and factual under pressure.
• Proficiency with support tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Location: Must be based in London for on-site work.
