What you will do

• Gather and clarify requirements from business and internal stakeholders.
• Break down complex tasks and collaborate with the development team to maintain the backlog.
• Prepare detailed technical requirements, including business logic, integration scenarios, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in solution design together with the Product Manager and developers.
• Document business processes and maintain the knowledge base in Confluence.
• Collaborate with QA to define acceptance criteria and develop user test cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience working with backend teams, microservices, integrations, and APIs.
• Proficiency in writing requirements using user stories, use cases, API specs, and UML diagrams.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and database principles.
• Ability to read API documentation and handle high levels of uncertainty.
• Strong systems thinking and a proactive mindset for shaping task descriptions.
