Solution Delivery Engineer (Industrial Networking)

TL;DR

Solution Delivery Engineer (Industrial Networking): Supporting the execution and delivery of industrial networking solutions across the SEA/NA/ANZ region with an accent on technical demonstrations and customer-facing delivery. Focus on executing Proof of Concepts, Factory Acceptance Tests, and providing technical support for connectivity challenges.

Location: Singapore (On-site). Must be open to travel across the region as per business requirements.

What you will do

• Present and demonstrate Industrial Networking solutions to end-users, partners, and customers.
• Execute Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Network Audits.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for delivery and post-sales requests.
• Coordinate with regional support teams to troubleshoot and deploy solutions.
• Conduct technical training for customers and partners.
• Support technology campaigns, including webinars and industry trade shows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electronics), Computer Science, or IT.
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless IP networking (Ethernet and Wi-Fi).
• Knowledge of the TCP/IP communication stack and associated protocols.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Ability to travel across the region as per business requirements.

Nice to have

• Network certification such as CCNA or equivalent.
• Experience with Industrial protocols (MODBUS, PROFINET, etc.).
• Exposure to industrial markets (Oil & Gas, Mining, Transportation, Manufacturing).
