What you will do

• Oversee 24/7 data center operations, including server and application health monitoring.
• Perform Level 1 technical troubleshooting and incident escalation.
• Execute and monitor critical batch and backup operations.
• Support production release deployments and scheduled jobs.
• Manage physical security by escorting authorized visitors within the data center.
• Provide hands-on support for disaster recovery and business continuity testing.

Requirements

• Ability to respond effectively to complex inquiries from management and users.
• Knowledge of data center and critical services management.
• Understanding of security, fire, and workplace safety protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework is an advantage.
