IT Infrastructure Engineer (RMA & Diag) (AI)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises with large-scale GPU orchestration and AI/ML infrastructure.

What you will do

• Solve challenging firmware and hardware issues with servers using in-depth knowledge of system architecture.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage warranty replacements (RMA) and create requests.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for L1 and L2 technicians.
• Develop new processes and technical documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Execute workarounds and implement solutions for identified IT hardware problems.
• Improve overall support processes, training materials, and documentation.

Requirements

• Deep practical experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and knowledge of data center server equipment.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line interface.
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be authorized to work in Estonia.

Nice to have

• Skills in component-level electronics repair (SMD).
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Driving license type B.
