What you will do

• Build a scalable and secure IT environment to enable rapid business growth without creating operational barriers.
• Lead and manage distributed IT Administration and Help Desk teams of 30-35 engineers.
• Collaborate with the Security team on Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives.
• Define and monitor SLA/KPI metrics, analyzing performance to drive continuous operational improvements.
• Increase efficiency by reducing manual processes through automation.
• Manage relationships with vendors, hardware providers, and external service partners, including strategic budgeting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Help Desk.
• At least 1 year of experience managing infrastructure and support teams of 20+ people.
• Experience working in high-availability, high-security international environments.
• Advanced proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or Proxmox.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, security concepts, and enterprise infrastructure architecture.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) spoken proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, Trading, or high-load environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and modern IAM approaches.
• Scripting or programming experience with Python or Bash.
