Location: Remote (Must be based in French timezone +/- 2h), office in Paris available

Salary: 65,000€ - 75,000€ fixed + 18,000€ bonus

What you will do

• Build new features end-to-end using React and Node.js in collaboration with the Product team.
• Optimize and refactor the codebase to improve overall performance and scalability.
• Mentor fellow developers, share knowledge, and raise the technical bar of the squad.
• Transition from Senior Developer to Tech Lead within 3-6 months, driving quality and technical choices.
• Ship meaningful production features with a short feedback loop.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and JavaScript (frontend and backend).
• Solid proficiency in Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in French timezone (+/- 2h).
• Proven track record of building and maintaining production-ready web applications.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Experience scaling a SaaS product to a massive user base.
• Familiarity with advanced performance optimization techniques.
• Passionate self-taught hacker or builder of side-projects.
