What you will do

• Lead the regional Professional Services and Enterprise Services (TAM) business, overseeing commercial performance, revenue targets, and delivery margins.
• Manage a team of Professional Services Managers, handling hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Oversee the delivery of software implementations, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring quality and adherence to scope.
• Partner with Sales on scoping, pre-sales support, and SOW definition for accurate pricing and delivery.
• Direct the Enterprise Services function to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion through proactive account engagement.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for hirify.global ONE product deployment and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services, technical services, or enterprise software delivery.
• 4+ years of experience in a people leadership role, specifically managing other managers.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership, including revenue, bookings, margin, and utilization accountability.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations, ideally in MDM, EMM, or enterprise mobility.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
