TL;DR
IT Integrator (Data Lake): Coordinating the realization of software solutions for the Wholesale Banking Data Lake platform with an accent on roadmap execution, technical strategy, and cross-functional team alignment. Focus on bridging the gap between DevOps teams and technical strategy, optimizing Hadoop ecosystem performance, and ensuring timely delivery of complex data products.

What you will do
- Coordinate Technical Product Owners to ensure the Wholesale Banking Data Lake roadmap and strategy are delivered.
- Translate architectural designs and goals into technical specifications and oversee the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with international teams including Architects, DevOps engineers, and Chapter Leads.
- Drive epics and features, prioritize the product backlog, and act as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor Technical Product Owners to foster a culture of ownership and delivery excellence.
- Monitor and optimize the efficiency of end-to-end operational processes and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar technical product implementation or transformation roles.
- Strong technical background in Oracle DB and Cloudera Data Platform (CDP/CDH).
- Proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem components: HDFS, YARN, Hive, and Spark.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and automation via Ansible.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- English: Advanced level required
