What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding operational delivery and support requests.
• Manage change requests by documenting client needs and coordinating with internal technical teams.
• Act as the first-level escalation point for operational issues and customer concerns.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, including governance, steering committees, and incident reviews.
• Deliver regular operational reports covering portfolio status, performance, and SLA metrics.
• Contribute to projects as an active stakeholder and lead smaller initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in an international environment.
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in the payment industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.
