What you will do

• Support transfer pricing calculations, monthly monitoring, invoicing, and tax compliance activities.
• Prepare tax and transfer pricing analyses, including local files, master files, and country-by-country reporting.
• Act as a key user of tax technology tools to support analytics and continuous process development.
• Ensure high-quality tax information is available to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and implement automation, digital solutions, and AI to improve tax operation efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on tax tools and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in controlling, tax, finance, or analytics.
• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work in Helsinki, Finland.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
