Salary: $7,000–$9,000 per month

What you will do
- Define and execute the business development strategy across African markets.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, payment providers, and affiliates.
- Support market entry initiatives through research, commercial planning, and local partnership development.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or commercial leadership within fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
- Proven experience developing business in African markets or comparable emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of regional financial regulations and payment infrastructure.
- Experience launching or expanding financial products in new jurisdictions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial execution skills.
Nice to have
- Existing network within the African fintech, payments, or brokerage ecosystem.
- Direct experience working with licensed financial institutions or regulators across Africa.
- Experience with trading or brokerage platforms.
- Deep understanding of regional business culture and commercial practices.
