What you will do

• Participate in Agile development processes, including grooming, planning, and technical estimation.
• Take full ownership of tasks from clarification and estimation through to implementation and testing.
• Design and implement features while accounting for edge cases, technical risks, and backward compatibility.
• Conduct cross-code reviews to maintain high readability and consistency.
• Manage delivery timelines and proactively communicate risks or blockers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter fundamentals, including widget lifecycle, state management, and asynchronous programming.
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture, BLoC, SoC, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience working with SQLite and local storage solutions.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, or remote configuration.

Nice to have

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.
• Knowledge of Flutter Web development.
• Experience building and maintaining custom Flutter plugins.
