What you will do

• Design and build high-performance features in Flutter/Dart.
• Maintain and extend the native calling stack (SIP clients, audio handling, CallKit/ConnectionService) in Kotlin and Swift via platform channels.
• Implement end-to-end features using Bloc/Cubit state management and feature-first clean architecture.
• Work within a melos-managed monorepo containing 100+ internal packages and a shared design system.
• Monitor releases via Crashlytics and analytics to investigate call quality and stability issues.
• Enhance the engineering toolchain using GitHub Actions for CI/CD and automated deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale mobile app development, including 3+ years with Flutter.
• Deep proficiency in Dart and the Flutter ecosystem (Bloc/Cubit, isolates, dependency injection).
• Hands-on experience with native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development.
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, modularization, and performance optimization.
• Strong testing culture with experience in unit and bloc testing under coverage gates.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Must be based in one of the specified locations: Tbilisi, Warsaw, Minsk, Chișinău, or Belgrade.

Nice to have

• Experience with VoIP/RTC (SIP, WebRTC, CallKit, Telecom framework).
• Experience with monorepo tooling like Melos or Mason.
• Knowledge of backend infrastructure and observability.
• Domain experience in telecom or fintech.
