What you will do

  • Provide strategic litigation communications and legal affairs counsel to clients facing complex reputational challenges.
  • Develop high-quality risk assessments, stakeholder maps, scenario planning, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and senior executives to ensure communications support legal strategy without increasing reputational exposure.
  • Manage a varied portfolio of Crisis & Risk accounts, including financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Lead new business efforts through proposals, pitch materials, and the development of litigation offers.
  • Coach and develop junior colleagues in issues management and crisis response.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in litigation communications, crisis management, corporate reputation, or law.
  • Track record of advising senior stakeholders on high-profile, legally sensitive issues.
  • Ability to balance legal risk, reputational risk, and commercial realities.
  • Excellent writing ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project and account management, including budget and deadline discipline.
  • Must be based in London (Hybrid working pattern).

Nice to have

  • Legal training or a formal legal qualification.
  • Experience working with law firms, barristers, or regulatory specialists.
