What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for external PSPs, banks, and payment partners to ensure service delivery.
• Manage the onboarding of new partners, including due diligence and contract coordination.
• Coordinate payment system integrations, gather business requirements, and support user acceptance testing.
• Optimize payment routing and orchestration by monitoring approval rates and transaction flows.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Treasury teams to resolve and prevent payment-related issues.
• Research and evaluate new banking solutions and payment technologies to support global strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Payments, Banking, or FinTech industries.
• Strong understanding of transaction flows, settlements, and payment lifecycles.
• Good knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions screening regulations.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with PSPs and financial partners.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
