What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for external PSPs, banks, and payment partners to ensure service delivery.
- Manage the onboarding of new partners, including due diligence and contract coordination.
- Coordinate payment system integrations, gather business requirements, and support user acceptance testing.
- Optimize payment routing and orchestration by monitoring approval rates and transaction flows.
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Treasury teams to resolve and prevent payment-related issues.
- Research and evaluate new banking solutions and payment technologies to support global strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Payments, Banking, or FinTech industries.
- Strong understanding of transaction flows, settlements, and payment lifecycles.
- Good knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions screening regulations.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms with PSPs and financial partners.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
