Vice President, AI Infra Deployment Engineering (APAC)

Location: Based in Singapore or willing to relocate immediately; responsible for deployment operations across the APAC region.

What you will do

• Lead and execute AI infrastructure deployment initiatives across APAC data centers and define operational roadmaps for rapid regional expansion.
• Build and manage local field engineering, deployment, and site execution teams while establishing operational standards, safety protocols, and site-readiness practices.
• Coordinate with colocation providers, vendors, supply chain partners, and regulatory bodies across APAC jurisdictions.
• Align regional deployment with global engineering, networking, and deployment standards and architectures.
• Develop master deployment schedules, coordinate vendor partners, manage execution timelines, communicate with executive stakeholders, and maintain customer communications across project milestones.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate immediately.
• Senior leadership experience managing large-scale cloud, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or AI infrastructure deployment teams across APAC.
• Deep understanding of data center physical infrastructure, server and rack deployment, power and liquid cooling architectures, and regional hardware supply chain logistics.
• Extensive experience navigating APAC vendor ecosystems, regulatory requirements, tax and import laws, and local operational practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership, global engineering partners, and external strategic partners.

• Experience optimizing site commissioning cycle times from rack delivery to operational readiness across APAC clusters.
• Experience maintaining deployment safety, quality control, and compliance with regional standards.
• Experience building a resilient regional organization capable of managing simultaneous multi-site deployments.
