What you will do

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate creative visions into technical gameplay approaches.
• Design, implement, and maintain technical frameworks and production pipelines to optimize game development.
• Provide technical guidance, tools, and documentation to support other developers.
• Develop deep expertise in the game engine to enable advanced gameplay creation.
• Apply system architecture principles to ensure optimization, scalability, and content reuse.
• Act as a bridge between creative and technical departments to improve communication.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Technical Designer or Technical Game Designer.
• Strong skills in visual scripting and/or text-based scripting environments.
• Solid understanding of game design and level design principles.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques, network replication, and multiplayer considerations.
