What you will do

• Lead and drive the resolution of technically complex network incidents via ticketing tools and conference calls.
• Manage network changes and represent the company during technical stakeholder communications.
• Support and maintain worldwide business operations for clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and automotive industries.
• Work with a variety of internetworking technologies including MPLS, DMVPN, SDWAN, ZScaler, and VoIP.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality operational support.

Requirements

• Must be based in Debrecen, Hungary (Hybrid working model).
• In-depth understanding of LAN/WAN technologies (CCNA-level knowledge).
• Strong proficiency in network troubleshooting.
• English: Fluent level is a must.
• Ability to work in a weekly rotating shift pattern.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Adva, Avaya, Ipanema, or Meraki products.
