What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications and integrations for scientific research workflows.
• Enhance and support workflow engines used for statistical and cheminformatics analysis.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and frontend interfaces using Vue.js.
• Develop and manage cloud-based solutions within AWS environments.
• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and data processing workflows.
• Implement and support CI/CD automation and deployment processes via GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Experience with frontend development using Vue.js and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Docker, and containerization.
• Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD.
