We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to develop and optimize our global payment infrastructure. You will be responsible for sourcing and integrating payment gateways across Africa, India, and Latin America, maintaining existing PSP connections, improving merchant/provider conversion, and managing relationships with payment partners.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience with international payment systems (non-Russian market), English proficiency, Excel and CRM skills, strong analytical mindset, proactivity, and residence outside Russia. Remote, full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00–20:00.
