Business Developer

Full-time/Company: Miren Partners

Miren is a firm focused on helping exchanges, protocols, and trading platforms generate retail trading volume. They build structured growth systems for trader acquisition, affiliate distribution, and trading activations, working with a network of 100+ Volume Partners responsible for over $50B in cumulative trading volume.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and source high-value volume partners across target regions.
- Conduct outbound outreach via Telegram, X, Discord, LinkedIn and other crypto-native channels.
- Qualify partners by audience quality, trader relevance, regional fit, and ability to drive campaign outcomes.
- Facilitate and support initial partner conversations and create group chats between partners and the Miren team.
- Maintain partner relationships across campaigns and track partner status from outreach to activation.
- Report pipeline progress, meet weekly targets for qualified conversations, and help improve BD processes.

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in crypto business development, affiliate management, partnerships, or trading-related roles.
- Strong understanding of crypto trading communities, affiliate structures, exchanges, DEXs, and incentive campaigns.
- Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and initiating conversations with new partners.
- Clear written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and campaign priorities.
- Comfortable using Telegram, X, Discord, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Self-directed, reliable, and performance-oriented with strong follow-through.

Nice to have:

- Exchange experience.
- Existing network of traders, community owners, KOLs, or crypto operators.
