What you will do

• Design, analyze, and optimize foundational and applied research to power state-of-the-art AI algorithms.
• Develop multi-modal solutions integrating text, audio, and visual data to enhance AI interaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI implementations are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
• Integrate new models into product offerings and conduct proofs of concept (POC) based on client requirements.
• Propose and implement AI techniques to improve operational efficiency in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Provide technical support for pre-sales and post-sales business development efforts.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an AI-related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for various modalities.
• Proven track record of high-level research, evidenced by peer-reviewed publications or product-driven R&D.
• Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE according to a hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

• Specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Speech and Audio.
• Practical experience and domain knowledge within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong inquisitive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
