What you will do
- Support power, thermal, and performance validation of silicon products.
- Assist in debugging efforts to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Perform data analysis for validation metrics to assess coverage and product readiness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of validation infrastructure and test environments.
- Participate in test automation efforts to enhance validation efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive validation workflow.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (at least 1 year remaining before graduation).
- Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (no visa sponsorship).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 6+ months of experience in Python or C/C++.
- Foundational knowledge of system architecture, SoC microarchitecture, and analog electronics.
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving applied to electronic circuits or computer systems.
Nice to have
- Experience using electronic lab test equipment like oscilloscopes.
- Knowledge of post-silicon validation and debug methodologies.
- Experience with test automation and writing validation scripts.
