What you will do

• Define and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across mobile robots, arms, and drones.
• Design scalable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across robotics teams.
• Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, cloud, and embedded to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile
• Proven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and Python for production-grade robotics software.
• Strong experience with ROS2 and defining standards.
• Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion, localization, mapping, and motion planning.
• Experience with simulation environments like Isaac Sim or Gazebo.
• Strong background in control systems, real-time computing, and hardware-software co-design.
