What you will do

  • Design and develop robotics and industrial software solutions using digital twins and physical hardware.
  • Lead process modeling and optimization for continuous, discrete, and event-driven systems to improve industrial performance.
  • Develop and drive production-ready robotics prototypes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI-driven capabilities into industrial equipment to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead testing, validation, and deployment across simulation and real-world environments.
  • Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions to ensure engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with C++, Python, or Julia, including system programming and real-time systems.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing robotics or industrial automation solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of simulation frameworks (MATLAB/Simulink, Mathematica, Modelica, Ansys, or OpenFOAM).
  • Expertise in physics-based simulation tools such as Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac, or V-REP.
  • Strong knowledge of control theory, estimation, optimization, and robotics algorithms for linear/nonlinear systems.
  • Experience with distributed control systems, Unix/Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
