What you will do

• Architect future self-healing infrastructure where AI agents proactively detect and remediate production incidents.
• Own the operational integrity of the Data Platform, ensuring 99.99% availability for internal compute and storage services.
• Establish next-generation change safety protocols and automation for deployments across 100+ global regions.
• Serve as a technical leader, evangelizing modern SRE practices and chaos engineering.
• Drive long-range technical roadmaps and cross-functional alignment to navigate structural industry transformations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of production-level experience as a Software Engineer or SRE in highly distributed, multi-cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in building frameworks and automation using Scala, Java, Go, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed data platforms and experience with AI/ML infrastructure.
• Proven ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure during large-scale incident management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM infrastructure, training/inference pipelines, or agentic frameworks.
• PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
