• Champion best practices including clean code, TDD, and pair programming.

• Code alongside developers while providing technical guidance and executing a technical vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil; role requires working from the office or client location
• Proficiency in Java and the latest Object-Oriented technology.
• Experience with Gradle, GitHub Actions, and Datadog.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or equivalents.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• English: Advanced (C1) required
