What you will do

• Plan and execute laboratory experiments involving advanced separation and purification processes.
• Translate bench-scale research into process parameters suitable for scale-up and commercial production.
• Analyze experimental datasets and prepare technical reports and presentations for engineering stakeholders.
• Coordinate analytical test requests, sample flows, and interpretation of laboratory results.
• Document experimental findings in electronic laboratory notebooks and internal databases.
• Troubleshoot production issues using root-cause analysis while maintaining laboratory safety and compliance.

Requirements

• B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related scientific field.
• Professional laboratory experience, preferably involving flammable or combustible materials.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings through reports and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort working with electronic laboratory notebook platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with advanced separation or purification technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical domains and work independently or collaboratively.
