What you will do

• Define mathematical profiles for slot games, including balance, volatility, and player experience.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets and math documentation using Excel and simulations.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, prototyping, and engineering teams to ensure accurate math implementation.
• Playtest and iterate on game mechanics to optimize the player experience.
• Provide gameplay feedback to fellow mathematicians and analyze competitor trends in iGaming and land-based markets.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in using Excel for probability modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with programming in C++, C#, or Python.
• Strong interest in casino games, specifically slots.
• Excellent written communication skills for conveying technical concepts to global stakeholders.
