What you will do

• Reverse engineer complex, networked codebases to understand inner workings and discover critical software vulnerabilities.
• Write, modify, and test software to support the team's immediate operational and development goals.
• Conduct independent technical investigations and analysis to scope projects and chase technical leads.
• Collaborate with mission analysts to align technical efforts with strategic goals and customer visions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 10+ with Master's, or 16+ without degree).
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Proven expertise in dissecting complex, compiled, and networked software.
• Strong software development skills to build and validate mission-support tools.
• Deep understanding of modern hacking methodologies, tactics, and networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience utilizing specialized agency tools.

Nice to have

• Track record of discovering novel software vulnerabilities.
• Experience working as an exploitation analyst or interactive operator.
• Strong background as a dedicated software developer across various platforms.
