What you will do

• Identify opportunities to improve training and inference efficiency for custom ML models.
• Build workflows for correctness and performance analysis on physical in-car compute and sensors.
• Develop tooling to predict model performance based on architecture and data shape.
• Trace performance on large distributed training and distillation jobs running on powerful GPUs.
• Evolve the toolchain to leverage the latest advancements in AI.
• Influence model architecture decisions and strategy within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML.
• Expertise with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NVIDIA ecosystem (TensorRT, Nsight).
• Expertise in writing production-quality Python and C++ code.
• Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle including debugging and optimization.
• BS or higher degree in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU programming (CUDA) and ML software stacks like cuDNN or cuBLAS.
• Familiarity with ML accelerators and hardware architecture.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
